This package is intended to give a topic overview to managers and employees within organisations who may be new to the concepts or for those wishing to have a refresher on important topics.

This includes all six, four hour workshops , in 'The Beginner's Guide to....' series. They're conducted on-site, at the client's workplace. The workshop topics include:

  • Risk Management (ideal for those worrying about what they've not yet done)
  • Time Management (ideal for those who feel they never have enough time)
  • Management Basics (ideal for those new to supervisory/management roles)
  • Managing the Generations (ideal for those managing others)
  • Coaching (ideal for those responsible for coaching others)
  • The New Retirement (ideal for baby boomers preparing now for their next life stage).

Additionally, all participants receive:

  • a bi-monthly newsletter, The Vital Component

Explorer Package

This package is for managers, supervisors, team leaders and employees who want to improve their management practices and ensure their team/section/department and organisation really succeeds.

This includes individual one-on-one coaching sessions for numbers of staff in one workplace; one in-house workshop taken from 'The Beginner's Guide to....' series; plus four coaching cluster meetings. The workshop and cluster meetings are conducted on-site, at the client's workplace.

This involves:

  • 10, 60 minute face to face or telephone coaching sessions (for 10 participants), spread over 12 months
  • one in-house workshop, chosen from 'The Beginner's Guide to....' Series (maximum 15 participants)
  • four, 1 ½ hour coaching cluster meetings (up to 10 participants, maximum), for small groups of managers, team leaders and supervisors, working on common issues i.e. raised through the workshops or other avenues.
  • a bi-monthly newsletter, The Vital Component
  • access to Client Resources

Endeavour Package

This is for workplaces that have numbers of 'baby boomer' staff facing 'retirement' in the next 10-15 or so years. It's designed to help them identify what they need to be considering now, in order to have:
(i) a productive and happy time up until the time they alter their full time work status
(ii) a productive and happy time when they move into their next life stage.
It's also a way to help employers hang onto their 'intellectual capital' in the face of current and projected workplace skill shortages. This package includes:

  • one in-house workshop, 'The Beginner's Guide to the New Retirement' (maximum 15 participants)
  • individual Retirement Success Profiles (RSP) undertaken on-line, by each participant
  • two, one-on-one telephone coaching sessions for every participant, undertaken over 12 months following the workshop to discuss the findings from the RSP profiles, the issues around the findings and the actions needed to create their desired lifestyle and life options.
