WHO WE ARE
Sue Dwan is a business and management coach and educational writer, who became a personal management trainer after twenty years' experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors. During those years she worked as an administrator, manager, change agent, organisational reviewer and perpetual part-time student before establishing Dwan & associates in 1993.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (an International Coach Federation PCC); a Coach U Certified Graduate (CUCG); a RSP-Trained Retirement Coach (USA); a member of the International Coach Federation (USA) and a Mentor in the Community (Christchurch, New Zealand).
She is passionate about ethical practices, personal and professional integrity, working in partnership and actions that match the rhetoric. She's equally heartfelt about the value of coaching and on-line learning.
Dwan & associates' coaching philosophy is that coaching draws out people's wisdom and untapped potential and brings them to light then life. It follows that their vision for management and business coaching is that it is the first choice for individuals who want a tailor-made professional development option; and for those who want to develop and refine their management and business practices to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Dwan & associates have a network of talented and independent associates who work alongside their clients providing face-to-face or telephone management and business coaching, tailor-made training programmes and workshops.
Sue and her associates work closely with clients to develop tailor-made solutions that are unique to their situation. They view clients' management styles, business practices and the approaches needed to get results; and they stay alongside clients to ensure any changes are integrated into their practice.
